Di Provinsi Guangdong, Cina bagian selatan, terdapat desa tiruan senilai $940 juta atau Rp 8,7 triliun. Desa tiruan ini meniru Hallstatt, desa Austria yang sudah masuk daftar Warisan Dunia UNESCO.
